MDAD is affiliated with the National Association of the Deaf (NAD) and is supported by membership dues and contributions. MDAD membership is extended to deaf and hard of hearing citizens of Maryland, professionals who work with deaf people, hearing parents and guardians of deaf children, hearing children of deaf adults, and their friends and supporters.
